Hi, I'm Matt Baier. I've been creating, experimenting, and shouting expletives at technology long before content creation became an industry. My background includes music, digital design, programming, web projects, and plenty of time working in kitchens to feed the masses here in Flushing, Michigan. Over two decades in the diner trenches taught me the importance of quick thinking, chaos management, customer relations, and being able to consistently deliver quality while under pressure. Those skills carry over naturally into creative production - where timing, presentation, and adaptability matter just as much as how badly you hate onions and "could you turn the air down, I'm a bit chilly." I bring practical experience, technical curiosity, adaptable workflow, and pride in customer satisfaction. I'm not new to making things happen - just finding fresh and innovative ways to put that experience to work.
